Biggest BJJ success: European bronze medallist 2025 (Gi) 2 x British Champion 2023 & 2024 (Gi) 

Danni has been training BJJ since 2018. 'Tiny but tenacious" has been a phrase used to describe her on the mats. An active competitor, and a very technical coach and grappler, you'll regularly see her frustrating people with her inverted guard playing antics. 

Karen

Born : 1983

Grade: Blue Belt

Reformed Guard puller.

Signature Submission: Triangle Choke 

Biggest BJJ Success: British Champion 2023 & 2024 (Gi) & European Silver Medalist 2023 (Gi)

Karen is a certified Yoga for BJJ Instructor. Her 200 YTT is specifically on Yoga for Athletes, which is why she will never be done preaching the benefits of yoga for jiu-jitsu or any other sport for that matter.
